I was given the task to create confidence in a broken, earthquake-damaged city. Construction cowboys flew in from around the globe & it was hard for customers to distinguish who the trustworthy professionals were.

 

This project involved creative copywriting, branding & a sales strategy. The buying cycle was a long, drawn-out process requiring multiple touchpoints & personal communications.
