This document was primarily designed as a sales tool, establishing a great amount of trust between the home buyer and the building company. The document educates home buyers about the complex partnership they are about to enter. Not only is this an opportunity to impress the home buyers with an extreme amount of leadership and competence, but it also encompasses legalities, checklists and government regulations. This document assists Solid Builders’ workflow by addressing nearly every customer concern, prior to project start.
